Clearly the FBI/DOJ were able to acquire voluminous amounts of Twitter data, including private chats, with corresponding UIDs for the case against Mackey. It’s not clear how much of them were provided by Micro. However, no dispute was made about these having been properly obtained.

Point is, pursuant to approved warrants the gov’ can and will obtain what it needs to make their case. And when you say in your DMs that you know what you’re doing is a crime, it absolutely will be used
