Need to have a full look over my notes/re-watch parts of the hearing, but my initial thoughts on the appeal are this. The SG's chance of winning are higher than I initially thought, but I still remain hopeful. Legal communications are to remain confidential, this is a long
establish principle dating back centuries and common law. However, FOISA enables publication of such communications, which goes against this principle of confidentiality. Given that the judges are of course legal figured themselves, they will very much appreicate this.
