I’ve given Giannis’ postgame thoughts a lot of thought and added time and perspective.

Initially I was disappointed with what he said, but I’ve done a complete 180.

Small 🧵 coming… 1) His response was antithetical to what we expect the great ones to say after a disappointing end to a season. We’ve seen the answers from Jordan/0Kobe all expressing that anything short of a championship is failure. And for them, it was 100% true and authentic to who they were.
