This week was wild. I finally closed on the real estate services company (property + facilities management, leasing, sales, maintenance services) after a long 9 month process and have been drinking from a fire hose all week. Fun times! A short summary: 1/ started talking w/ the seller 9 months ago. 68 years old, no one to pass biz to, just within my range $ wise to buy on my own. He is a class act of a guy and very experienced. Will be staying on for a period after closing - we have a great relationship.
