“Either you have to do that now..Or sometime between now and January.” Heastie says he found out about the delay “a while back that she was concerned that the public was not warming up to congestion pricing.”

“She mentioned it maybe a week or two ago that she was concerned and then she brought it up.”

1. Dems turned on him
2. GOP hated him
3. Media “never really liked him”

Doesn’t mention 11 women whose sexual harassment allegations were deemed credible by @NewYorkStateAG. Chris Cuomo: “I did not want him to resign in the beginning because I believed him and I thought that you don’t resign — you ask for due process..& let due process take care of the situation.”

Commissioner Gary Lavine makes a motion to revoke JCOPE approval of Cuomo’s $5.1M book deal. But Acting Chair Dering says the motion is out of order, wants it in private session. Panel voted to change the agenda, so he can make the motion in public. Motion carries 8-5.
