Last year when my baby was born and NYC was locked down, I would spend between 2-6 hours a day in Central Park. Every morning I took a long walk with my baby to get her to nap while I got my steps in.

There were many days when seeing the park was the best part of my day, and the only time I felt like myself. I made it my mission to walk on every pathway south of 96th St. To be honest I’m still not sure I achieved that goal.
