Please Help save my brother 🙏 He is in so much pain 😪😪

My name is Kolapo Abiodun Kazeem. I am 42 years old. I am down with Kidney disease since March 2020. My Doctors have recommended a Kidney transplant be done as soon as I can. I have a donor who is willing to donate but the bill for the surgery is enormous. I have been on dialysis to survive three times a week. The expenses have taken a toll on my family and me.

My family and friends raised 5M for me, and I would need 5M to complete it. The bill is 10M naira. Please help me to live again
