People are saying in the qts there’s a reason Italian food is on the list of top cuisines and African food isn’t and I want all of you to think critically about why that is so. You honestly believe that your food is on it because it’s the best? Who created these lists?
Which group of people decide which cuisines go on these list? What do they all have in common? You mean the people who call other foods outside of their usual “ethnic” did not add more diverse cuisines to the list?? Gasp!!
