Claude Cowork is a literal CHEAT CODE for SEO.

I could take ANY local service business to $100k/month in 90 days using just Claude Cowork.

Here’s exactly how I'd do it: 1. I'd stop wasting hours on manual keyword research.

"Open Chrome, go to ahrefs and analyze my competitor XYZ. com’s top 20 pages, extract their target keywords, search volumes, and give me a prioritized list with difficulty scores in a spreadsheet."

Done in 10 minutes. Not 10 hours.

STOP calling me. You’re the 5th contractor in 10 minutes.”

You paid $130 to Angi. So did 4 others for the same lead.

Your competitor got the $9k job - This happens 10x a month.

DO THIS INSTEAD: Local SEO is how you own the neighborhood.

When you rank #1 on Google Maps, the lead is exclusive.

They didn't click a "get 5 quotes" button.

They clicked YOUR profile because of YOUR reputation.

PEOPLE SAY SEO IS DEAD. WE USED IT TO MAKE $1.7M IN 11 MONTHS.

This garage door repair business paid us $18k for SEO.

We made them $1.7M back.

That’s $94 back for every $1 invested.

STEAL the SEO strategy we used:👇 1. Started with High-Intent Pages

Built pages that actually make money (not “Services” junk).

Their site had one generic page called “Garage Door Services.”

Useless. We killed it.

Then built high-intent money pages like:

“Emergency Garage Door Spring Replacement in [City] - 24/7 Service”

People search for specific problems. Give them specific solutions.

STOP TELLING GROK TO "WRITE SEO ARTICLES".

Bad Prompt = Bad Result.

Use these prompts instead and see the magic: 1. Write Google Business Profile (GBP) Posts

"Write a GBP post for an HVAC company in Denver promoting a summer AC tune-up special. Include a call to action. Add emojis & local slang.”

I firmly believe I could take ANY local service business and get them to $100k/month using SEO in 90 days. Here’s exactly how I’d do it: Image 1. I'd stop trying to rank nationwide.

Most local businesses waste time chasing keywords like “best plumber.”

You’ll never win that game.

Instead, go all-in on local intent:

- “Emergency plumber in Dallas”
- “Best sushi near me”
- “Personal injury lawyer in Atlanta”

The customers you want? They’re searching locally.

ChatGPT and Google’s AI Mode are the new “Map Pack.”

LLMs don’t rank - they repeat what they see.

This is the biggest revenue shift for local businesses since 1998 Google SEO.

Here’s the Entity Injection blueprint I used to rank an auto shop for 4000+ AI recommendations👇 Image If ChatGPT is asked:

“Who’s the best plumber in Austin?”

It doesn’t invent answers.. It remembers who kept showing up in:

- “Best of” lists

- Comparison pages

- City roundups

THIS IS THE NEW MAP PACK.

Every piece of SEO advice I could come up with after 14 years ranking local businesses:

1. “We’re family-owned for 20 years” isn’t a ranking factor. 2. GBP categories = ranking cheat code. Set the right primary category. Most people mess this up.

3. Most local businesses don’t have a single page targeting their top 5 money keywords. Fix that.

4. You can’t rank in a city you don’t mention on your website. Sounds obvious. Almost nobody does it.

5. Your homepage should sell your main service first - not 20 things at once.

I’M LEAKING MY $60,000/YEAR SEO STRATEGY FOR FREE.

SEO agencies charge $5,000/mo for this.

Copy and paste this cheat code to take your biz to $100k/month: 1. Legally spy on your competitors.
Go to Google.

Search: [your service] + [your city].
Open the top 5 results:

- Note their headlines
- Note their offers
- Note their FAQs

You’re not guessing anymore.

You’re copying what Google already loves (and then making it better).

Not illegal. Just smart.

If my family's livelihood depended on turning around a failing local business..

here’s the exact SEO playbook I'd use to hit $150k/month in just 90 days: Step 1: I’d buy real data for 7 days, then turn ads off

I’d run a tiny Google Ads campaign just to steal search terms:

- Exact local city
- Only 1-2 services
- Max $20-$30/day for 7 days
- Broad match turned ON

After 7 days, I’d export the search terms and only keep stuff with “bleeding pain” intent:

- “emergency plumber [city]”
- “same day tooth extraction [city]”

Those phrases become my SEO page topics.

No guessing. No tools.

I pay Google for one week → then use that data to build 3 months of content.

I CAN OUTRANK YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS IN YOUR OWN CITY IN 60 DAYS.

Here’s exactly how I’d do it: 1. I’d audit MY Google Business Profile first (before touching anything else)

I’m checking only ranking-impact items:

Primary category = highest-revenue service

Delete irrelevant secondary categories

Add every service competitors are ranking for

Rewrite business description to match:

- service

- city

- intent (emergency / same day / cost)

- Upload 20–30 real photos (jobs, team, location)

If you want to get your local SEO shit together in 2026, DO THIS👇 1. Optimize for ‘near me’ searches.

People don’t type exact locations - Google does the work.

How to trigger “near me” rankings:

- Embed a Google Map

- List nearby landmarks in content

- Mention local zip codes naturally

- Add “Serving [Nearby Cities]” in the footer.

Most local SEO advice is a scam.

It’s how agencies lock you into endless retainers.

Here is 14 years of "insider" experience in one thread so you DON'T HAVE TO HIRE ANYONE: Image Scam 1: “You need to rank nationwide.”

If you’re a roofer, dentist, plumber, HVAC…

you don’t need “best plumber” across the whole country.

You need stuff like:

- “Emergency plumber in Plano TX”

- “Roof leak repair Buckhead Atlanta”

You can 4X calls just by going after ZIP-based keywords.

Did you get it?

Zero “national SEO”.

I SCALED A LOCAL BRICK-AND-MORTAR BUSINESS FROM $0 → $100K/MO USING GROK AS MY SEO ASSISTANT.

If you feel overwhelmed by SEO, steal the exact playbook I used: Step 1: I picked ONE money niche, not “we do everything.”

I looked at old invoices and picked 3 high-profit services + 5 best suburbs near the shop.

Grok helped me study competitors and spot weak points (no suburb pages, weak reviews, slow websites).

Prompt for Grok:

“Here are 5 competitors and what they offer: [paste]. Tell me:

1. Which services look most profitable

2. Which suburbs/cities they ignore

3. 5 quick-win gaps I can attack with SEO.”

STOP DOING “2019 LOCAL SEO.”

It’s 2026. Most tactics you read about are OUTDATED.

Use these 7 Local SEO Cheat Codes to OWN YOUR CITY in 2026👇 1. Fix your Google Business Profile before touching your website:

If your GBP isn’t fully built, verified, and clean, nothing else matters.

Wrong categories, half-filled services, no updates, weak photos - that’s invisible SEO.

In local search, GBP is the asset.

The website just supports it.

Most businesses waste months “optimizing pages” while their GBP is silently holding them back.

If Google can’t clearly understand what you do and where you operate, it won’t promote you.

If I woke up in 2026 with a brand new local business in a random town, this is how I’d scale it to $200K/month in booked jobs with SEO: 1. Google Business Profile = Home base.

I’d claim it immediately, fill out every field, and upload geo-tagged photos of work daily. I'd treat it like Instagram for leads - not a directory listing.

2. NAP consistency.

Name, Address, Phone - exactly the same across every site. I’d clean this up on Yelp, Angi, HomeAdvisor, BBB, and any niche/city directory. Google needs trust before rankings.

In 2026, one mismatch can quietly hold you back, even if your SEO is “good.”

If I was this local business getting 29 calls a month, and I wanted to turn it into 220+ calls a month within 90 days, here are the 7 things I would do to make it happen: Image 1. First, I’d look at the real numbers

For the first day, I’d only check:

- How many calls turn into jobs?

- How much do we earn from one job on average?

- Which calls are “dream jobs”, which are “time wasters”?

Then I’d pick:

- ONE best paying service

- ONE main area to focus on

Example: “Water heater installs in North Dallas” instead of “we do all plumbing”.

7 local SEO CHEAT codes that took a roofing business from $20k to $100k/month: 1: One money page for one city:

We stopped trying to rank “roofing contractor USA”.

Instead we built a PROPER page for:

- “Roof replacement in Frisco, TX”
- “Roof repair in Frisco, TX”

Each page had:

- Before/after photos
- Pricing ranges
- “Book a free inspection” button
- FAQs about Frisco homes (age, common roof type, etc.)

I could take ANY local business to $100k/month in 90 days using our 2026 "SUPER SEO" system: First, what is SUPER SEO?

It’s these 5 things done really well:

S - Search intent pages
U - Unfair Google Profile Business Edge
P - Proximity power pages
E - Every-click tracking
R - Real-world signals (links + reviews)

Results come from steady focus and showing up every day.

I’m about to save you $1,700.

I’m LEAKING the exact framework from my paid consulting calls and making it public.

I’m too overbooked to take your money - STEAL my strategy for free and do it yourself: Step 1: Pick ONE “money service” and ONE city

Most local sites try to rank for everything and end up ranking for nothing.

Do this instead

- Choose 1 service that brings real cash
- Choose 1 main city around you

Examples:
- “Emergency plumber in Austin”
- "Invisalign dentist in Dallas”
- “Roof repair in Phoenix”

That’s your main keyword. Write it down.
