We mix up conditions of being human w the various conditions possible for a human to be in; this confusion is the source of most suffering-

a: dismissing crucial facts as subjective
b: dismissing consequences as inevitabilities to which cause & effect were irrelevant a: leads to lack of faith in many crucial strengthening, nourishing & healing activities; compounds stresses of being human & accelerates aging

b: leads to despair from lack of accountability, & ultimately agency; learned helplessness in the face of preventable consequences
