He was following orders (Byrne/intelligence community) - still makes him orchestrator, just not top level
Incredible coincidence - statistically negligible probability Even in scenario #1, Flynn orchestrated—he just wasn't alone.
The evidence is overwhelming that Flynn was a primary architect of January 6.
Whether he was THE architect or ONE OF the architects is the only real question.
