Scoop: InfraGard, a program run by the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to build cyber/physical threat info sharing partnerships w/ the private sector, this week saw its database of contact information on more than 80,000 members go up for sale. krebsonsecurity.com/2022/12/fbis-v… Meanwhile, the hackers responsible are communicating directly with members through the InfraGard portal online — using a new account under the assumed identity of a financial industry CEO that was vetted by the FBI itself.

This is truly amazing. And no doubt it will be extremely helpful for a lot of good people. Also, I suspect poorly written phishing scams will be a thing of the past very soon. Okay. I'm dying to see what this tech can do w/ breach notifications.
