Should progressives be afraid of charges by conservatives of being "too socialist"? Today's new survey from Navigator Research suggests: maybe not. Follow along for a brief dive into the data, or read the full memo here. navigatorresearch.org/confronting-cl… Similar to other recent polling, we find that the brand of "socialism" is highly unfavorable (21% favorable - 60% unfavorable), just as the brand of "capitalism" is pretty favorable (55% favorable - 23% unfavorable). But what does that mean for the policy agenda of progressives?

1/ Navigator Research has a new survey out today, a 🚨 special edition 🚨 of sorts, on how progressives should be talking about the Supreme Court vacancy. Here are some of the key findings: navigatorresearch.org/wp-content/upl… 2/ Among the most salient issues to Americans: first, health care. The ACA is among the top issues they consider the Court will rule on in the next few years and consider it among the most important to learn where the Justice nominee stands (91% say it's very/somewhat important).
