The channel ‘PSICK University’ is run by a group of comedians who make a variety of contents in different characters/concepts. This one in particular is in the format of an english talkshow+

+ baragi(바라기) comes from the korean word 해바라기 (pronounced hae-ba-ra-gi & means sunflower🌻)

바라(보)다 itself means "to look/gaze towards" as well as "hope/wish for" depending on if the (보) is in the word, in which case it's means "look towards"
