Peasant organizers Dana Marcellana and Christian Relao were arrested by joint security forces in their home in San Pablo, Laguna at around 1:00 a.m. today, according to human rights group Karapatan-ST. Karapatan-ST said no warrant was presented to the two activists. They were taken to San Pablo BJMP and reportedly charged with rebellion and illegal possession of firearms.
