Did you know that the Palestinian-Arabs in the “West Bank” (Judea and Samaria) get paid by their government when they murder Israelis?

“The Fatah-led Palestinian Authority (PA) pays generous rewards to Palestinians, and/or their families, who carry out bombings, stabbings and other attacks against the people in Israel.

“Mahmoud Abbas's ‘Pay-for-Slay’ program financially rewards terrorists who murder Jews to the tune of more than $340 million a year.

“This perverse program works on a sliding scale: the bloodier the carnage, the greater the reward.

“Payments as high as $4,000 a month are granted to Palestinian terrorists serving long-term jail sentences.  
  
“The Palestinian payments from the ‘Pay-for-Slay’ program are higher than Palestinian minimum wages.”

So foreign governments that provide financial aid to the PA are indirectly paying for terrorism.

For clarity, this was when two Israeli reservists in a civilian vehicle took a wrong turn and accidently found themselves in Judaea and Samaria (the “West Bank”) on October 12, 2000.

Palestinian-Arab rioters stormed the building, where the two Israelis were detained by police, and slaughtered both of them.

At one point, a Palestinian-Arab (later identified as Aziz Salha) appeared at the window, displaying his blood-soaked hands to the crowd outside who broke into raptures.

The bodies of the Israelis were then thrown out the window, mutilated then set on fire.

They strung the intestines of the burnt victims around their necks for everyone to see.

The bodies were then dragged to Al-Manara Square in the city center of Ramallah.
