As @OliverJia1014 already mentioned, he, @TheShogunTYO and I were on COG’s case a while ago and we were totally correct about him.

I didn’t care for COG and his antics so I just ignored him for quite a long time. But everything he posted looked suspicious and pretty much all of his posts are based around agitation. The dude can take a video about fish living in drainage canals and make it about “the Kurds” destroying Japan.

I got involved with the conversations after Oliver posted about COG showing an AI generated passport and about him claiming that he only posts during the Japanese night time because he works a night shift at Family Mart (using a downloaded image for proof).

COG used to post screenshots of people’s posts while leaving the time stamp on. I noticed this when he blocked the Shōgun because I am British and know the time differences between the UK and Japan. He was posting from the UK time zone and his clock even auto-updated from winter time to summer time.

But COG has an excuse for everything. When I pointed out the tone difference he said he visited the UK and forgot to update his phone.

He lost it with me and blocked me for trying to undermine the reputation he has now revealed is false. As if his awful Japanese and lack of knowledge about Japanese geography wasn’t enough.

I’m hoping the COG saga is coming to an end soon. I don’t understand why anyone would follow someone who bases his entire online persona on lies while presenting himself as a legitimate source of information.

I’ll post some receipts for my claims below this post. 🧵🪡 My original post calling out COG

#AssassinsCreedShadows‍ is a game set in the Sengoku Era of Japan.

Ubisoft have chosen the legendary samurai 弥助 (Yasuke) as the lead character of this franchisee.

With Ubisoft’s dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion, let me explain why Yasuke is an LGBTQ icon. One Japanese person his kindly explained that Yasuke was indeed a historical figure in the Sengoku era.

The #GaijinTwitter thread. *Remastered*

Foreigners in Japan to fall into 2 categories:

1. Foreigners that are generally happy in Japan
2. Gaijin with chips on their shoulders who would be unhappy no matter where they are

Here’s a thread 🧵 of things that annoy Gaijin Twitter: Image The phrase 日本語上手ですね (Nihongo jozu desu ne: Your Japanese is good)

Generally by said by people you meet for the first time. It’s meant to be a friendly statement to start the conversation on a high note.

But some foreigners (#GaijinTwitter) are extremely upset by this.
