Many of us believe the education system needs an overhaul if we want to prepare kids for a changing world.

Here's a summary of WHY we need change & WHAT the future of education could look like.

↓ What's WRONG with the current system?

– 100yrs old & hasn't changed much
– was designed for factory work
– we mostly group kids by proximity & age
– the types of skills we need in 2030 are very different to what we needed in 2010 or 1910

Listened to many "how to build an audience" convos on Clubhouse.

Many folks who did this 5yrs+ ago shared the same GENERIC advice:

"Stay consistent. Put in the reps. Create great content".

IMO: that's a pre-requisite, but not very helpful.

Less-obvious points I've learned

↓ 1/ One platform at a time.

@APompliano & @jackbutcher focused efforts to not spread themselves too thin.

There's a huge benefit to building natively for each platform.

Make the most of the algorithm's juice. Learn.

— perceived control
— perceived progress
— connectedness (depth of relationships)
— vision + meaning (being part of something bigger than yourself) 2/ on money + happiness:
