I have 5 sons (3 college age!) and only 1 who really shows any interest in our field. 100% OK with this. But in thinking about why we're not seeing more youth enter our field, a thread. We haven’t figured out how to tell our story succinctly such as "I make it easier to use the interfaces you encounter every day." Even that's a stretch.

(thread) Strong leaders take time to understand, assess, goal against, and improve self-worth for each team member.

(thread) Without the context of how time was spent, these averages—like other statistical averages—tell an incomplete story. But it’s fair to say for us these are higher than we're comfortable with as a family as we’ve reviewed our usage.
