Inside @UCBerkeley's contract with Amazon, which requires UCB to notify Amazon of public records requests so that it can request redactions before release. (Amazon agrees to reimburse UCB for legal fees incurred by defending them)

For @EastBayExpress eastbayexpress.com/oakland/amazon… Docs I obtained through CPRA included this fun black box! Unclear if the decision to react this was made purely by UCB, but under the terms of the agreement, Amazon would have the right to request it redacted
