I disagree (respectfully). I respect Tom’s analysis and experience. I just don’t see, in the documents & Procedural steps themselves, a legal requirement pushing Schedule III beyond Q1 2026.
Happy to be proven wrong — but while the (history) record might demand it.

Schedule III does not require Congress. Under the Controlled Substances Act, the Attorney General has authority to reschedule substances after HHS findings.
