@airindia - I keep flying your airline for these reasons: a) a fond hope that somewhere, sometime you will metamorphose into a truly world class airline and b) you will not descend into the cynical situation of your prime competitor and take your customers for the figurative ride Alas, my hopes were ground to dust. All I did was ask for some yogurt instead of dinner. The attendant offered it to 2 passengers in front after having forgotten my seat number and didn’t once look at me.

Today I went out after a few days of lockdown, just get my second shot. I stood in a queue with a couple of hundred people before me for nearly an hour upon which the govt servant with all the power and pelf at his command came and put up a board that the centre had no stock... Upon which there was the usual buzz, everyone crowded around the gate, probably passed some genuine virus around for good measure, had some shouting matches with the said servant, and everyone grumbled and dispersed. 2/n
