Let's take an entire generation of Americans and teach them, at every opportunity, that the federal government is good and just. We'll also indoctrinate them with the idea that opposition to the good and just (as represented by D.C.) is evil, mainly because it's racist/sexist. They'll be taught that every voice matters in a democracy, that their voices matter. The fact that America isn't a democracy is an inconvenient truth neutralized easily enough (because racist/sexist.) They'll be taught that their beliefs are the sole way to end the "unfairness"
