a procedure you could try out in the event that you were to persistently experience a dissatisfying lack of meaning in your life and felt inclined in the direction of numinality toward addressing it:
start with developing whatever capacity toward animism you have. a stone age mindset, if you will. regard everything around you as having a personality and desires characterized by how the thing interacts with you. experiment with using this to improve said interactions.
