Time for this regular reminder: if you have persisting "untreatable" anxiety/depression, consider exploring and ruling in/out a #neurodivergent condition that you weren't aware of, such as #ADHD or #Autism. The anxiety and depression aren't direct "symptoms" of those conditions BUT if you have unmet needs because you don't KNOW what you need as you have no diagnosis, this is what usually shows up in later life. It's what happened to me. #ADHD #Autism
