I’ve been privileged to watch the progress of this important engineering project for over 10 years. It all started with this humble manhole cover at the intersection of Boat Club Road and Chamiers Road. (1/n) Image Every monsoon it used to overflow, flooding the road. Those mobile moppers or super-suckers or whatever you call them would be deployed, to clear the water logging. (2/n)

👇🏾Interesting discussion on reporting COVID cases on “cumulative” basis or “per Capita” basis. Criticism on India’s inadequate testing is based on very low number per Capita, while positive cases are reported as simply “number of cases”.
