what Karra says here is true. Every “air fryer fries” TikTok recipe tells u to do the baking soda + toss trick or to do a corn starch batter style. But they don’t tell u the rest midway method. This is the only way you’ll get a fluffy texture int/crispy ext. Even w/ other methods
