🚨 Continuation of breakdown thread, started here: 🚨

5️⃣ Mental illness is hard on people around you, shame can isolate them too.

They're left with burden of needing to help, but not really knowing how.

Don't know where to start in saying 🙏 and sorry. 6️⃣ And one final thought: life can be a real fucker sometimes - and whilst we are so much stronger than we know, we are also all quite vulnerable.
