I’ve just gotta show you this amazingly simple thinking tool.

I learnt it, a couple of years ago, from my coach, Antoinette.

It changed my life.

I mean that.

Let me show you… A couple of years ago, while my family and I were preparing to move from our home in Scotland to my homeland, New Zealand, I realised I needed help from a coach.

That might seem odd, given I coach people for a living but I was 47 and, frankly, scared.

I needed help.
