The Episcopal Church Clergy Compensation Report is out, and it reinforces what we have known since...FOREVER. On average non-male clergy are compensated $10,000 plus less than male clergy, and less like to be rectors. A thread! 1/ Overall, non-male clergy earn an average of $10,000 less than male clergy.
