Seems the Greek state gave 120m euros to an airline to *obtain the right* to acquire company shares (i.e. warrant) *at the same price* at which shareholders bought company shares during a recapitalization (3.2 euros per share). 😐 Even more interesting, to break even, the price of the company share would have had to get well beyond its historical levels when the warrant was to be exercised (in particular to around €15.2 per share - price level before covid19 pandemic was lower than €7.5 per share) 🤔

It could have well been that the original was the Azov one and the one with the flag of Russian sponsored fascist separatists was the photoshopped one.
