I don't take extreme stands usually. On Modi I did. Now I do on @SamsungIndia for:
a) poor product quality; and
b) swindling in name of service

I bought a side-by-side 692L Samsung fridge in Feb'23. It worked well till 17/4. What ensued was an unbelievable service experience. I logged a call early AM on 18/4 with Samsung. I was assured a technician will call ASAP and try to come same day. To be safe, I also logged a job with @urbancompany_UC (OOW fridge), with 1pm being the earliest slot. UC technician came first, checked compressor, seemed OK.
