Kenya was Britain’s most prized colony in Africa especially after losing India and control of the suez
Consequently the atrocities it committed here under the queen cannot be ignored
And what made it even worse was that the type of white settlers that settled in Kenya, were ex soldiers, military men, dishonored service men, who’d fought Britain’s conquest wars and genocides elsewhere, plus thieves
So their brutality was especially heinous

Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome (DSPS) …a thing I have suffered for years.
The struggle to fall asleep. A person’s sleep is delayed by two hours or more beyond what is considered an acceptable bedtime. Usually past midnight
I couldn’t sleep in nursery school, couldn’t sleep in primary/high school and now as an adult it’s getting worse.
My brain just won’t shutdown to sleep. Today it finally did at 5:30am . Consequently struggles waking up early and being productive.

As though the option of who even gets to be on the ballot (the choices we are limited to) is an open for all, democratic process and not a mostly elitist affair.
How’s it that after this so rational election we mostly have the same corrupt people who’ve been in power since Moi
This is why I keep repeating that democracy as fashioned by the West and as is replicated globally is the problem !
Yes, you can have a fair and credible elections but if the product of that is corrupt, incompetent politicians in office what does credibility really matter?

People watched a mob of men sexually assaulting a woman by grabbing her genitals and stripping her but they’re confidently telling us that is not a gender based issue . You literally cannot make this stuff up
