Ways that @WilliamsRuto can show us that he means well for Kenya. 1. Reduce size of Cabinet from 22 to 14 which is the minimum as per Katiba. This will save money and communicate that he's serious about prudent financial management.

Unfortunately this Kenya is not built for outliers. The system we have built is optimized to kill outliers. We routinely end their careers and even lives (for no reason). It's almost impossible to find a GoK office that is led by a person with the required skill and experience.
In the first decade of our country we had killed the best and brightest minds of that independence generation. And driven the others to madness. Mboya, Pinto, JM, Kodhek and others. Dead because of their talents.

George Mukabi , Kenya's first pop star created a record that sold 100k copies in the 1950s. His money was likely stolen by the white owned record labels.
He died broke.
Then in the 1960s Daudi Kabaka brought the African Twist style. His smash hit Helule Helule was covered by British band The Tremeloes. This should've earned him life changing money. The white owned labels probably stole it.
@NAssemblyKE did nothing for Kabaka. He died broke.

KE pop culture has come a long way but it has always had to fight through the axis of censorship. That axis is controlled by Politicians (GoK), The Church and Media. And many times these three have worked together to kill the wave.

In entertainment the top goal is to achieve name recognition and face recognition. Traditionally the market was driven by content. So if you make good stuff then we learn your name and eventually learn your face.
