Rã Navghan II, the illustrious Chudasamma ruler of the 11th century, was among the most powerful sovereigns of Western India. Renowned for his bravery, military prowess & charismatic personality, he had five sons, each entrusted with defending different frontiers of the kingdom.
Main branches of the House of Chudasamma — Bhima (also known as Raydhan), the eldest son, was granted the Sarva Parganah, comprising 464 villages, to defend the north-eastern and eastern frontiers of the kingdom.
