I have been working from home since Thursday last week. Here are some of things I’ve found useful and learnt over the last 10 days. This is my to do list 🙃 1/13
1. Move! Learnt this the hard way as it’s easy to sit @ your desk/bed/dining room table for hours. There are a lot of free work out clips on YouTube. I’ve been doing Yoga with Adrienne - some work outs are only 10 mins so perfect for a midday stretch. 2/13 yogawithadriene.com
