I'ma just elaborate here. Flights have civilians trained for de-crafting in those videos so it's mind boggling to me that the crew had not one ounce of knowledge or semblance of protocol more than that. They literally said, and mind you rudely (not to me) that they don't know.
This isn't the first storm nor hurricane. The fact they had enough knowledge we had to sit there but no info what happens if we get back inside was daunting. They also had zero bedside manner the entire time. I'm giving them slack though bc they were way pass their timeout.

I been stuck in a plane grounded for 3 hrs. We cannot get out bc they can't get us to a jet bridge bc someone will be electrocuted. We can't check to change our flights bc the app says we took off. Everything's fine.
