AI is about to eat every indefensible CRUD app. And almost no one sees it coming.

ServiceTitan: $9.5B valuation $TTAN

~$700M+ ARR
~12,000 customers
>110% NRR

But here's the thing: they're ultimately well-executed CRUD applications with no moat for plumbers, HVAC, lawncare, etc.....

Let me show you something wild. First, I used rollout.site to generate a ServiceTitan clone. The output? See for yourself: servicetitan-altery2ou.rollout.site/#dashboard_ove…
It took minutes, not months.

My team and I rely on @bright_data to crush on our real estate analysis and give us an alpha over many other firms in our marketing efforts to scale an SMB to over 300k in additional ARR and endless upsell opportunities.

Unlocked real firepower here. 🚀🚀

🧵…. Image Examples of things we’ve been able to do:

Generate competitive benchmarks for a Houston based general contractor (a GC is a construction co that offers various construction and repair services) to crush, kill, and destroy the other GC’s on marketing efforts. Image

Compressed natural gas (CNG) cars will be something like 1/4th of all vehicles in India by the end of the decade.

They currently take up ~10% of all vehicles in India.

EVs are likely <.3% of all vehicles in India. Image India's making natural gas a bigger part of its mix. Image

There's no reversal of fortune in SFBA.

I have contact with SFBA cops and former ex-criminals who have done time in jail and reformed their lives. The population of "the most brilliant and smartest people" have made their money off of the mayhem of pension debt which is indicated by low quality public services aka "dumping on retail" and most VC's wouldn't survive 15 year benchmarks on company valuations+profits.

The water consumption footprint to grow corn is 2570 liters (680 gallons) of rainfall or irrigation water to
produce enough corn to make just one liter of ethanol (Gerbens-Leenes et al 2009). In some irrigated corn acreage in the United States Western regions, groundwater is being mined at a rate 25% faster than the natural recharge of its aquifer (Pimentel 2003, NRC 2011, Friedemann 2021).

If you are tired of Silicon Valley fake stuff, let me point out things that are real and create efficiency yields for mankind.

I've invested or helped or cheered some of these on over the years. @syrusakbary and his team (small) created wasmer.io - it makes it easier to code closer to the silicon so to speak. massive speed improvements galore. Cloudflare uses it and they power ~17% of all the world's websites.

In 2019, I had a monster nat gas bet.

(Bit.ly/kumarngbull)

Several of you made $500k+.

One of you hedged your Ukrainian real estate with Tx based nat gas well you bought privately. The fact that still astounds me from the research was:

China went from 6k Compressed nat gas vehicles in 2001 to 6M compressed natural gas vehicles in 2017.

Fertilizer brouhaha. Few. Natural gas accounts for between 70-90% of the total ammonia production costs. Natural gas prices doubled in the United States in 2022 and remains very volatile.

One of my best friends lost his eyesight 36 months ago.

It has been a whole ordeal getting him pain treatment and navigating the systems.

Biomedical and chemical engineer. His father served in the military and died from melanomas of wandering deserts doing top secret missions in Northern Africa.

Left for dead and somehow survived.

His father for decades went to the hospital to get them removed. They missed one and he died.

Crypto ATMs have 60%-80% CAGR.

They require no KYC up to 1k USD/EUros.

They charge 5%-15% fees on conversions to USD.

They are the preferred weapon of criminals laundering money domestically and internationally. Honey pot for KYC-less transactions and are held in inventory-less stores in places like Spain.

Dollars and crypto trade hands with no identity docs.

"I don't have my ID, could you take me upstairs and give me cash for crypto or vice versa?"

"Sure, 4%"

To fix mankind's environmental malfeasances>....

Mankind must shift it's framework from minimizing CO2, to:

Minimizing air, water, and soil pollution per kwh consumed while simultaneously giving everyone a 3-4 MWh/capita annum lifestyle in a sustainable manner. Tactically:

- raise CAFE (fuel efficiency) standards
- reduce onerous CNG vehicle and station requirements
- declare fed budget
- Fix asymmetric trade (NAFTA, CAFTA, TPP, TISA, KORUS, etc..)
- Subsidize proliferation of triple pane argon windows and high eff. nat gas furnaces

Mankind has about 25~ish years of arable land left.

After that, it's not water-world, it's soil world.

Mankind will be wishing it listened to the chemists, geologists, engineers(not CS), and biologists instead of overweighting the Scam Altman types. My estimate is based on improving annual yields by 2% per a year.

(this is basically better yield improvement than ever before for like 30-50 years)

On Tesla: Giga press is dumb is because giant parts on a vehicle maximizes the cost of repair.

Ins cos have worked with auto manufacturers for decades of design, $TSLA was too good for that.

ps: I used to design high throughput manufacturing facilities when I was younger. This is clearly false as it relates to total cost of ownerhsip.

In some parts of the U.S., recharging now more costly than filling up. cbsnews.com/news/electric-… https://insideevs.com/news/...

Even if you think @JohnsonThought1 is a crackhead, it's worth understanding his questions:

1. Why did the world’s richest man give a poker player backed by the Chinese mob $5.7 billion in Tesla shares?

2. Why do Jay Z and Musk's planes stop in narco-trafficking zones? 3. Are Lex Friedman and Eric Weinstein linked to and are assets of Likud?

4. Why do the Wilks brothers finance Ben Shapiro?

5. Did Zuckerberg amplify Shapiro's content?

The only way to look at energy systems is by doing a comprehensive lifecycle cost analysis.

This would entail thinking through.... Minerals, metals, concrete, other materials, transportation, construction, operation, maintenance, safety, decommissioning, destruction, recycling, disposal, energy return on energy invested, energy payback period, financial payback period, and overall environmental effects.

Buying more long puts on $SNAP.

Demonstrable churn and it's very clear that they are miscounting downloads/deletions/reinstalls.

I don't know of a single ads agency that specializes in Snapchat ads - they don't make any money - so they spend time on fb, ig, and tik tok ads. Go investigate clutch.co and agencyspotter.com and I beg of you to find me a double digit quantity of high performance multi-million dollar snapchat ads shop that live and breathe the snapchat platform.

You won't.
