@WVDMAPS has responded to my public records request via FOIA, in which I requested the unredacted photo of DOCR Class #18 giving the Nazi salute and additional information.

Here's the letter outlining their response: assets.documentcloud.org/documents/6574… @WVDMAPS They have, as many might have expected, denied providing me the unredacted photo as well as a roster of the cadet class.
