The Kano State Government under the able leadership of H.E @GovUmarGanduje has identified 4 isolation centres in the State. Kwanar Dawaki Isolation Centre will be the main centre, which has 70 beds, 27 ICU beds with ventilators, 20 oxygen concentrators etc. The Kwanar Dawaki Isolation Centre is a standard facility that can handle multiple cases at a time, and it is also a disease diagnostic institute which means other research can be conducted to find remedy for future outbreaks in the State.

If Arewa can take little actions a little bit more than we rant, I believe the change we yearn for can become a reality. But the way I see it we all prefer to live in our comfort zones & criticize & condemn ourselves instead of going into the field & doing our bit #WakeUpArewa For a while I got tired of ranting, criticising & condemning, and I decided to watch from the side lines. But this week my passion for taking actions has been revived through some couple of meetings I had & a group I encountered yesterday that is result oriented. #WakeUpArewa
