2020 dark thoughts: If this were a non-misogynistic, non-racist country, I'd give almost all the Ds a good shot at winning. But that's not reality. Misogyny was a factor in Hillary's loss.

The #IGReport has already faded from the news & it shouldn't. I'm working my way through & here are some key takeaways re Comey's July announcement (all the clips are from Pages 240 - 250 of the IG Report).
1. He planned for months to make a solo announcement, contrary to established procedures, hid his plans from his DOJ superiors, advised those he consulted with to stay silent, told Lynch just before press briefing to make it impossible for her to cancel the briefing.

Key takeaways re Comey's July announcement (all the clips are from Pages 240 - 250 of the IG Report). To say that Comey was arrogantly irresponsible would be an understatement.
1. He planned for mos to make a solo announcement, contrary to established procedures, hid his plans from his superiors, informed Lynch shortly before his press conference specifically to make it impossible for her to cancel the announcement.
