As promised, here goes the latest developments. Long post warning. Those who just want the gist of the matter, it was a 8 points agenda - 5 agreed, delivered & resolved, 2 agreed but yet to be delivered & 1 the club has requested for reconsideration. #EastBengalFC #IndianFootball Let's first take a look at the 5 points that are now resolved:

1. Under no circumstances #EastBengal can drag Shree Cement to court on any of the points covered in the agreement. The club has to give legal affidavit on bond paper. Both are on the same page here. #IndianFootball
