To know Case Keenum is to understand that he seems to play differently in the first half of the season than in the second half of the season.
You do have to omit his first season as a surprise starter in a far-too-early forced-up-from-the-practice-squad-to-starter-season (2013).
However, as an adult Keenum has been straight up ice water vein pumping, put your money on him, "Oh-my-God-we're-winning, that's my quarterback," in the second half of the season.
