I got a recording of the FengYun-2H telemetry from @hmdsamarasekara who can receive it much stronger than I ever could, so here's a short thread on what I noticed about it just to conclude the topic (at least for now)
[1/8] It uses the "classic" double sideband modulation, so when demodulated I gain about 3dB on the signal.
Three sidebands in total, BPSK digi at 32 kHz, periodic pulse at 75 kHz, and some yet unidentified FSK around 165 kHz
