These are stats against an internal sales team, so all they do is work for this company solely.

You can’t influence anything but your work rate, this however, you have every control of.
If you’re wondering why you haven’t broke your first 10k month or have inconsistent earnings, ask yourself how hard are you actually working.
Sitting at your desk 10 hours per day don’t mean you’ve worked hard either.

Research:
- Industry
- Persona
- Company size
- Where the ICP lives (LinkedIn? Twitter?)
Avoid niches:
- You have no case studies
- People with no authority
- Companies with low budget
- People who don’t use email

❌Avoid being overly formal
"Utilize" -> "use"
Theres no need to say things that sound unnatural because it makes prospects feel defensive because you come across like a salesmen.
I'd argue tone, eye contact, humour makes you come across much smarter than words.
