Biologics are held to a *higher* safety standard than conventional medicines. They are all tested rigorously.

1/n -after thimerosal was removed in 2002, he claimed "trace amounts" of mercury from the manufacturing process caused autism. Wrong. Dozens of studies looking at millions of kids show no link b/w vaccines, thimerosal, & autism. Autism is largely genetic.
