Remember when Trump abruptly caved to Erdogan and said it was fine for Turkey to invade Syria? The "Rule of Law" nonprofits, launched by Guo and Bannon in 2018, often make the payments. In 2020, Guo called for protests around the world aimed at Chinese dissidents he was mad at.
