Former Director General of the Justice Department Dr Adam Tomison continues his evidence.

#JusticeforCleveland Yesterday Dr Tomison broke down in the court. In relation to his defense of the Dept's actions, he said he was defensive "having spent 30 years in welfare, I was now the guy hurting kids."

Megan Krakouer said that he had no integrity.

This morning Coroner David Ryan will hand down the findings from the inquest into the death of Yorta Yorta and Gunnai-Kurnai man Josh Kerr.

There will be a smoking ceremony at 10:30am. Court will resume at 11am.

Josh died in custody while on remand at Port Phillip Prison. He was only 32 years old. In his last moments, he was locked in a medical cell, which was supposed to be monitored by prison guards & health staff.
