Update on today’s hearing at Bombay HC in the two vax PILs:
The Additional Solicitor General (ASG) of India Mr. Anil C. Singh has filed his written submissions supporting the Petitioner’s stand that vaccination is not mandatory and stating that: (i) There is no policy of Central Govt. that suggests discrimination between the vaccinated & the unvaccinated (ii) No benefits & services are attached to vaccination (iii) There is no SOP issued by Centre that requires a person to carry the vax certificate
