The Druze in Israel are a small, close-knit Arabic-speaking community with their own religion, culture, and deep roots in the country.
You can’t convert to become Druze, you have to be born into it.
Their beliefs are kept secret even within their community, and they follow unique traditions passed down through generations.
Population: As of 2021, approx. 150,000 Druze live in Israel—1.6% of the national population and 7.6% of Israel’s Arab citizens.
